What’s covered

Your HOOLICAN is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage applies to the original owner of a verified, authentic unit.

What’s not covered

Wear from normal use, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, and consumable parts are not covered.

How to make a claim

Make sure your unit is verified and claimed to your account (tap the NFC chip or use the verification page), then contact us with your serial number and a description of the issue.
